Can I submit my own design for embroidery?
Yes! We accept custom designs. You can upload your file during ordering or email it to us at support@fantasiestitch.com. we accept jpg, png & pdf file. For best results share png file.
Do you offer personalized embroidery?
Absolutely. We can embroider names, initials, logos, or custom text. Just let us know your request when placing the order.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom designs?
No minimums! We’re happy to create even a single custom piece. For bulk orders (10+), we offer special pricing, contact us for a quote.
What materials are used in your t-shirts and embroidery?
Our t-shirts are made from 100% pure cotton, offering comfort and breathability. For the embroidery, we use premium polyester threads to ensure vibrant colors and long-lasting durability in every design.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Custom orders typically ship in 5–7 business days. Pre-made items ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your item ships.
What is your Refund Policy and do you accept returns?
Customers must contact our store within 14 days of the original order date if an order arrives damaged or includes the wrong product(s). We will credit your account with a refund after we recieve the product.
Do you offer rush or express orders?
We do! If you need something quickly, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and provide an express shipping quote.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our items are custom-made, we can only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of order date if there’s an issue.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can cancel or request changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have started, and changes might not be possible.
